We're opening an all-day café and Argentine kitchen at 2711 NE 2nd Ave, Miami, FL 33137 and hiring the whole crew: baristas, line and prep cooks, counter staff, drivers and shift leads. Full time and part time, mornings and evenings, English or Spanish.

Roles
What we're looking for
Barista
Espresso, cortadito, colada, lattes. Mornings from 6:30 AM.
Line cook
Milanesas, lomitos, the plancha and the charbroiler. Fast lunch service.
Counter & cashier
Take orders at the counter and the kiosk, run food, keep the patio happy.
Prep cook
Mornings: milanesas, sauces, salads, empanadas.
Delivery driver
Our own deliveries in Edgewater, Midtown, Wynwood and Downtown.
Shift lead
Open or close, count the drawer, coach the team.
Tips shared across the team, meals on shift, a family that has run restaurants in Miami since 2009, and a say in how the place opens. Experience helps; attitude matters more.
