Privacy policy

What we collect

• Catering form: the name, phone, email, date, headcount, budget, occasion and notes you send us. We use them only to reply about your order.
• Opening updates: the first name and email you leave to hear when we open. We use them only for that, one or two emails, and you can ask to be removed at any time.
• Analytics: we use Google Tag Manager with Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads to understand which pages lead to orders and calls. These tools may set cookies and collect your IP address and device information.
• Online ordering: handled by Toast on toasttab.com under Toast's privacy policy.

How we use it

To answer catering requests, tell you when we open, run the restaurant and measure our advertising. We don't sell your information.

Your choices

You can block cookies in your browser and opt out of Google's ad personalization at adssettings.google.com. To ask what we hold about you or have it deleted, call (786) 391-3543 or use the catering form with "Privacy" in the notes.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Form submissions are processed by Cloudflare and forwarded to us by email; we don't run a database.

Email

Form submissions are delivered to us by email through Resend, an email delivery service. Catering requests are kept only as long as needed to handle your order; opening-updates sign-ups are kept until we have opened and sent the last update.

Online ordering and jobs

Online ordering is run by Toast; when you order, Toast processes your details under its own terms and privacy statement. Job applications run on yesjobs.us, the hiring site of the family's restaurants, under its own privacy notice.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or opt out of any communication by calling (786) 391-3543 or through the catering form. We answer within 30 days. Residents of states with privacy laws (including Florida and California) have the same rights and can use the same address.

Changes

If this policy changes we update the effective date at the top of this page.
